Use a statue of Saint Joseph to help sell your house

If you have been trying to sell your home but haven’t gotten so much as a nibble of interest you should use a statue of Saint Joseph to help your house sell. According to tradition if you pray to Saint Joseph for help selling your home and then bury a statue of Saint Joseph upside down somewhere in the yard of the property that you’re trying to sell you will get an offer on the home very quickly. Many real estate agents swear that using a statue of Saint Joseph to sell your house will work every time if you follow the procedure outlined by the tradition and make sure that you pray to Saint Joseph.

The first thing that you need to know when you’re going to try and use a statue of Saint Joseph to help sell your house is that the statue needs to be buried upside down. According to the tradition if you bury the statute upside down then the statue will need to work harder to get out of the ground and be right side up again which will make the sale happen even faster.   So even though the statue of Saint Joseph will still help you sell your home if the statue is buried right side up if you want the sale to happen as quickly as possible you need to bury the statue upside down to kick start the process. 

Where you bury the statue of Saint Joseph is also important. Some people say that you should bury the statue of Saint Joseph upside down right next to the For Sale sign that you have in your yard.   Other people say that the statue needs to be buried three feet away from the sign.   There is a small group of people that say you should bury a Saint Joseph statue on its side, pointing like an arrow to the house.   But if you choose to bury the statue on its side make sure that the arms of the statue are pointing towards your hours and not the house to the side of yours or across the street.   Some people who buried a Saint Joseph statue in the wrong direction say that their neighbor’s homes sold but their own home did not. 

Once your home has been sold make sure that you dig up the statue of Saint Joseph and take the statue with you to your new home or leave it in the house to bless the new family that is moving in.   Don’t leave it in the ground.   According to tradition if you leave the Saint Joseph statue in the ground then the house will continue to sell, and sell, and sell as long as the statue remains in the ground.

The tradition of using a Saint Joseph statue to help sell a home goes back hundreds of years.   Some people say that it started when German builders used to place small medals or statues of Saint Joseph in the foundations of the houses that they were building while they prayed to Saint Joseph to protect the people that lived within the house and to keep the family as strong as the foundation of the house.   Whether or not that is really the origin of the tradition to use a Saint Joseph statue to help sell your home has never been proven but the fact remains that if you have been trying to sell your home for awhile and haven’t had any success then you should use a statue of Saint Joseph buried in your yard to help sell your home.
